PRIMARY PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this role is to develop, support, and maintain SRO’s cloud infrastructure and platform systems – specifically relating to Oracle OCI, focusing on DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, cloud security and cloud operations. This includes contributing to design, proactive administration, availability and recovery planning, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning and security reviews, all using industry best practices.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure, stable, scalable, and highly available cloud environment.
- Serve as the key technical contact for SRO’s cloud service providers.
- Provide support and development services for SRO cloud environment and platforms, including day-to-day operations, maintenance, project build/support, troubleshooting, capacity management, systems integration, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Provide third level support and development services for the SRO cloud environment.
- In conjunction with Network Specialists and Cyber Security team provide security and intrusion prevention/protection to SRO Cloud Services.
- Support technical innovation and efficiency through the implementation of agreed cloud technologies.
- Ensure cloud services are integrated with BTS operational monitoring systems and maintain reports on cloud performance, costs, capacity usage and capacity forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of incident analysis and post implementation review reports to provide advice to senior management.
Key selection criteria
- High level technical expertise in the support and monitoring of cloud infrastructure, demonstrated experience working with cloud computing and DevSecOps, in particular Oracle Cloud Infrastructure core components.
- Demonstrated experience in general system administration, Unix/Linux administration and associated application support, monitoring/management products.
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of cloud security practices.
- Demonstrated high-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare written reports, consult and communicate effectively, influence others, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and training
Highly desirable
- Cloud computing orientated certifications such as Oracle OCI Practitioner, ISC(2) CCSP.
- Software development experience with DevOps practices
- Formal training in cloud computing products and services, cloud infrastructure/environment design and project management – ideally, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and related products.

About the role
The Senior Technical Specialist will take the lead in developing the Training Activity Management (TAM) User Interface, leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. This position will provide technical design and delivery, taking inputs from architecture, business analysts, data governance, security and other relevant domains, to support the delivery of the new solution.
As Senior Technical Specialist you will be a key member of the Training Activity Management (TAM) Project. The TAM Project is responsible for the replacement of a legacy core system that processes, validates and reports on training activity data received from QLD Training Organisations.
The successful candidate has a passion for successful delivery and will leverage their expertise of the Microsoft Power Platform, to design and develop a scalable, efficient and intuitive interface, that integrates with DTET’s Microsoft ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- As the Senior Technical Specialist (MS Power Platform Developer), you will be responsible for: Lead and facilitate the design, development, testing, documentation, deployment and customisation of the Training Activity Management (TAM) Power Platform solution, tailored to business requirements.
- Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, OneLake using Microsoft Fabric connectors, APIs and other custom connectors, including integration with Azure DevOps.
- Create data visualisations and embed Power BI analytics into Power Apps for real-time insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers and IT professionals to design and maintain effective data models, transform and optimise data flows to ensure efficient retrieval and application performance.

The API and Integration Support Analyst will join a dynamic fast-paced team. The role will entail:

WORKING HOURS -
Maximum of 38 hours per week Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm on agreed office days and between 6am and 10pm on agreed remote working days under implemented FWA up to 50% based on business needs after a probationary period. Maximum of 9.5 hours per day paid at a flat rate in a 5-day week during Business Hours as stated above, unless overtime is otherwise agreed by the Customer in advance and in writing. Business Unit Responsibilities
The South Coast Region is one of the fastest growing regions in the south east corner of Queensland. The region covers 6,587 km2 from the New South Wales border in the south to Springwood in the north, and as far west as the Cunningham Highway, west of Boonah. This includes 1061.017 kms of national highway and state-controlled road network, across three local government areas - Gold Coast, Logan City and Scenic Rim Regional Council. South Coast Region is responsible for planning, design, construction, maintenance of state-controlled road infrastructure and ensuring efficient operation of the road network. The region also plays a key role in preserving future road corridors as well as reviewing and assessing applications for approval of third party works on or adjacent to the state-controlled road corridor.
Team responsibilities
The Natural Disaster Program (NDP) team is responsible for project managing recovery and reconstruction works following damage to the state road network caused by disaster events activated under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA). The NDP team coordinate delivery of works on the ground at the regional level, and work in collaboration with the Program Management and Delivery (PMD) unit who manage the overarching program and provide funding for the works.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads requires the services of an internal contractor to fill the position of a Program Support Officer.
Role responsibilities
In the role of Program Officer, within the Program Controls team, you will provide support to program and project managers and project team members by working with the teams Project Officers contribute to effective management of programs and projects. Accountabilities include:
• Proven experience in overseeing financial forecasting within a systems environment. 3PCM Unifier experience would be considered highly desirable.
• Monitor regional office projects for data quality and make changes where required within specified deadlines.
• An understanding of the principals of accrual accounting and the ability to create and apply accrual journals is essential to this role. SAP experience would be considered highly desirable.
• Schedule projects in accordance with the regional office's "Monthly Updating & Reporting Cycle" using Primavera P6.
• Collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program/project and financial support activities using SAP and BI reporting.
• Proactively assist Project Managers with Unifier business processes such as Program Change Requests, Value of Work Completed/Monthly Accruals and Cash Flow predictions.
Scope:
Proven experience in monitoring project/program spend across the Natural Disaster Program (NDP) portfolio and the ability to take appropriate action where necessary to mitigate under/overspends in conjunction with key stakeholders. Processing monthly accruals through SAP and monitoring project forecasts using 3PCM Unifier.
Establish monthly updates and the creation of new Primavera P6 Schedules through effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Compliance with the NDP Business Rules (to be provided to the appointed resource) is essential to this role, both in terms of adherence and monitoring.
Develop, build, and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience:
Experience using SAP and 3PCM Unifier forecasting would be highly desirable.
Proven experience of scheduling, preferably within a P6 environment and project management skills using 3PCM Unifier.

Ability to carry out the role competencies in the specification/scope.
Able to meet required timeframes.
Able to work innovatively and able to solve problems in a complex environment.
Provide demonstrated experience in a fast-paced complex environment.

Senior Test Analyst
About the role
Working closely with the Digital Solutions Technical Services team, the Senior Test Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Digital Solutions technical team by establishing and executing a robust testing framework across the DevOps lifecycle. This includes defining the test approach, creating, and managing test documentation, developing test plans and cases, organising and maintaining information for each test cycle, and overseeing the execution and outcomes of various test phases.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in testing and automation, a proven track record of collaborating effectively within diverse project teams, and strong technical expertise. Additionally, they will demonstrate excellent project management capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional committed to ensuring the success of testing activities within the team.
Key responsibilities
As the Senior Test Analyst, you will:
- Define and implement test strategies, leveraging both manual and automated approaches.
- Develop and refine testing processes to ensure products meet customer needs and quality standards.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Estimate, prioritise, and coordinate new testing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases, and documentation to support operations and quality output.
- Perform regression testing and track bugs to ensure fixes do not introduce new issues, documenting and managing defects using standard tools.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and architects) to identify and refine system requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
- Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics, debugging processes, and test outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks early in the lifecycle and propose proactive testing measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate across teams to align testing objectives and advocate for quality best practices.

The Corporate Services division leads the coordination of information and resources to support the efficient functioning of the Department. The team
The Digital Solutions team supports and maintains a complex range of systems supporting the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. This suite of systems is a complex legacy set of applications, spanning multiple database management systems and application technology platforms.
Focused activities have commenced, with the initiation of the VET Modernisation and Transformation (VMT) Program. The VMT Program is utilising the Microsoft ecosystem to modernise VET systems and deliver new solutions for DTET that reduce legacy risks and improve business outcomes and customer experiences. VMT Projects include:

- Training Payment Management
- Training Reference Data and Systems
- Student Activity Management and Reporting
- Business Rules Decision Service
- VET Information Privacy and Security
All VMT Projects work together with stakeholders to leverage the latest Microsoft technologies (e.g. Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Data Lakes) and establish a modern VET technology platform.
The Digital Solutions Team provides technical support to the current suite of legacy applications while also supporting the VMT stream of activities.

Role Description

Project Overview
The DCJ’s Courts, Tribunal and Service Delivery (CTSD) division is implementing a multi-stream Digital Case File (DCF) solution for the NSW Supreme Court. The Pega forms development stream is being undertaken by the CTSD’s Digital Portfolio Team (DPT).
The Digital Portfolio Team are looking for a Senior Test Analyst for the Supreme Court Pega forms development project.
About the Role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will work as part of as multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital project delivery. The role is responsible for the preparation of test cases, test plans and test scripts and the performance of system testing to ensure software solutions are fit for purpose.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and create acceptance criteria which aligns with business processes.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and cases that ensure test coverage for the defined requirements.
- Assist the test automation specialist with the preparation of test cases required for the automation regression suite.
- Perform system and integration testing to ensure new/amended service endpoints and software meets defined acceptance criteria and that no defects are introduced.
- Provide testing estimates for user stories in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
