The Department of Transport and Main Roads, North Coast Region, requires the services of an internal contractor to fill an AO6 Senior Communications Advisor.

In the role of Senior Communications Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for several projects and lead and implement communication and engagement activities within the North Coast Region.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing complex stakeholder engagement strategies that are inclusive and innovative and delivers on our commitment of genuine engagement on our program. You will manage the priorities, workload and deliverables for projects and ensure critical deadlines and priorities are met. As a senior practitioner you will support with the delivery of timely and high-quality executive correspondence, issues management, stakeholder relationship management, public affairs, and media relations.
