Job Description

Talent Street are looking for an experienced Organisation Change Manager for one of our Commercial clients in Brisbane who are currently running a large-scale transformation program  to improve finance and procurement processes and systems across multiple entities, enabling a future state that is as simplified as possible for the business and for its customers. The program’s goal is to achieve a unified finance vision by adopting consistent, leading practice business processes and leveraging the significant benefits available in modern ERP and procurement solutions such as Microsoft D365, Coupa and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

 

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Change Manager who can lead the change in supporting people and fostering adoption to ensure successful business transformation.

Key responsibilities:

Program Leadership

  • Report directly to and work closely with the Program Director.
  • Produce professional inputs to support leadership and governance groups with decision making.
  • Define key success metrics, monitor and report progress and issues.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and emotions, support individuals and foster buy-in to the work involved.
  • Design and execute a tailored communication strategy to communicate the purpose, benefits, challenges, impact and expectations to stakeholders.

 

Change Impact Assessment

  • Assess how process changes will affect employee roles, teams and business units.
  • Assess change readiness.
  • Prepare risk mitigation tactics.

 

Project Execution

  • Work closely with transformation leads, stream leads, system implementation partners and delivery practice teams to establish ground rules and produce deliverables.
  • Lead the program’s delivery of OCM deliverables and take ownership of their team’s quality of performance.
  • Training and support management: oversee needs assessment, development and delivery of training on new systems and processes; provide support to ensure end-user adoption.

  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Business acumen and understanding of enterprise-wide ERP programs and transformational change at scale (e.g., D365, Coupa, EPM systems).
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and program assured outcomes is preferable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of delivering OCM for finance and procurement solutions is preferable.
  • Experience in health and/or care environments would be helpful but not mandatory.
