Job Description
Talent Street is seeking for a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join one of our Qld government clients.
Based in the CBD, this role will offer hybrid arrangement (min 2-3days per week in the office) and the initial contract will be until June 2026.
Key responsibilities
As the MS Dynamics CRM Developer, you will:
- Working with the key teams and individuals to maintain and support the core business functionality of the D365 environment.
- Utilise business process modelling techniques to depict process flows and identify areas for enhancement.
- Transforming business requirements into technical deliverables aligning with industry best practices, while managing cross stream dependencies.
- Working with project teams to develop and prepare documentation such as technical requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria.
- Provide support for users and perform troubleshooting, including root cause analysis of production issues and documenting resolutions.
- Interpret requirements and develop software following the vision of team leadership and architectural design, while working against a product backlog in an agile development environment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and stakeholder involvement to support requirements gathering, clarifying objectives, and managing expectations to guarantee the successful implementation of recommended solutions.
- Contribute to initiatives that positively impact stakeholders within the branch.
Role requirements
- Previous experience (3+ years) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, Azure Pipelines and Power Apps Flows.
- Experience in developing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Experience in integrating and consuming Azure platform services across components using Pipelines, Dataverse and Power Apps Flows.
- Experience in managing and contributing to projects, preferably within the context of digital transformation or modernisation initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of DevOps pipeline and release and environment management, within an Agile delivery environment.
- Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
- Citizenship/visa: to be appointed to a position, you must be an Australian citizen, have permanent residency status or a visa permitting you to work in Australia.

- Documentation and Reporting: Proficiency in documenting analysis findings, requirements, and presenting them to stakeholders in clear and concise formats.
