Are you a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect ready to lead a high-impact Copilot and Generative AI deployment? This is your chance to shape enterprise-scale architecture that will drive digital transformation for years to come.

THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for an exciting contract engagement based in Brisbane, Australia. You'll take end-to-end architectural ownership across a Microsoft Copilot deployment, covering technical design, security controls, governance and user-facing components. This is a senior, hands-on role where your decisions will directly influence the organisation's long-term digital and AI strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Leading solution architecture across Microsoft Copilot deployment, Microsoft 365 configuration, Microsoft Purview, security controls and governance frameworks
• Aligning platform design, UX and cyber controls into a coherent, integrated solution
• Guiding architectural decisions, trade-offs and phased sequencing as the programme evolves
• Providing governance advice backed by clear rationale and risk analysis
• Ensuring the architecture is scalable and ready for future Generative AI tooling

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect within large, complex ICT environments
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Graph and Microsoft Purview
• Ability to unify technology, governance, security and change into a single architectural view
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with confidence briefing senior stakeholders
• Experience collaborating across diverse business, clinical and corporate teams
• Ability to translate complex technical risk into clear, actionable advice for non-technical audiences
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capability with a best-practice IM/ICT mindset

NICE TO HAVE
• Exposure to enterprise AI strategy or Generative AI governance frameworks
• Familiarity with large-scale digital transformation programmes in complex organisational environments
