Role: Manager – Requirements
Locations: Brisbane
Duration: Contract – 12 months (with extensions)
Reports to: Director - Systems Integration
Talent Street is looking for a Manager - Requirements for one of our large Queensland State government clients.
Role purpose:
Manager, Requirements is responsible for leading the development, management, and verification of requirements across the project. This role ensures that all project requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with project objectives, stakeholder needs, and regulatory standards.
Role requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in requirements management or major infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in IBM DOORS NG (Next Gen) / ELM.
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle requirements and Verification and Validation (V&V) processes.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Ability to expand requirements management beyond the rail environment to encompass requirements for other key stakeholders and returned works owners.
- Experience working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to align configuration management activities with project objectives and delivery milestones.
