Role: SAP SuccessFactors Technical Architect (Human Capital Management (HCM) Technical Specialist)

 

Locations: Melbourne   

Duration: Contract – 6 months (with possible extensions)

  

Talent Street is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Architect for one of our large Victorian State government clients.

 

Role requirements:


• Responsible for day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting of incidents, service requests, Interfaces including managing critical incidents across HCM portfolio of SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors
• Act as HCM specialist, provide subject matter and system expertise to business on SAP system rules and configuration including partnering with vendors to help deliver fit for purpose HCM solutions
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and efficiencies at a solution level, partner with business and vendor to define requirements and coordinate delivery
• Manage and coordinate the resolution of HCM Production Incidents with Internal and external stakeholders (vendors)
• Coordinate implementation activities (SAP Payroll & SuccessFactors changes/release updates)

• Review and approve functional specification documents from Vendor prior to implementation of change requests and projects
• Support Test and Release Management Team by reviewing the release test plans, provide sanity testing of technical releases in QA environment prior to Production implementation and liaise with Product support to help with defect resolution.

 

 

Key selection criteria:


o Experience working in a complex HCM and SAP Payroll (S/4 Hana Payroll and SuccessFactors) operations environment
o Experience leading and driving cross-functional and internal/external teams that execute operational processes and lead technical cross functional HCM Projects with multiple integrations (Finance / Time Management Systems)
o Experience with SuccessFactors modules of Employee Central, LMS, Performance and Goals, Recruitment and Onboarding
o Experience with SAP Payroll
o Certification in any SuccessFactors HCM Modules
o Subject matter expert in SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience in providing functional large-scale, full-life cycle implementations
o Experience working with Managed Services Vendors to bridge gap between business and IT teams
o Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining procedures and documentation for applications support.
o Experience in Managing application enhancements to improve business performance including advising on application security, licensing, upgrades.
o IT related Degree or qualifications
