Job Description
Ready to sink your teeth into a large-scale finance transformation that genuinely makes a difference? This is your chance to join a purpose-driven NFP organisation as a hands-on Change Analyst on a high-profile program.
THE ROLE
A leading health and community services organisation is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support delivery of a major finance and procurement transformation program. Based in Queensland, this is a contract opportunity working across a complex, multi-stream initiative involving enterprise systems across finance, procurement, and performance management. Reporting to the Change Lead, you'll work directly with stream leads, SMEs, and business stakeholders to translate solution impacts into practical change activities — developing materials, facilitating sessions, and driving readiness across a large and diverse workforce. This is a hands-on delivery role; you'll own your work from brief to execution.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Reviewing and refining change impact assessments as the solution evolves through build, testing, and implementation
• Translating process and system changes into clear role, team, and business-area impacts with supporting audience segmentation
• Building and maintaining role-impact profiles and traceability between solution changes and required change interventions
• Developing targeted communications, leader briefings, FAQs, talking points, and Change Champion materials personally — not coordinating others to do it
• Planning and facilitating workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder briefings both in person and virtually
• Supporting business readiness assessments and tracking engagement activities, actions, risks, and decisions
• Creating and managing SharePoint content using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI tools to accelerate delivery
• Contributing to training needs analysis and supporting go-live, adoption, and transition to BAU activities
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 5+ years' experience delivering change activities within multi-stream transformation or program environments
• Demonstrated capability across change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications development, and readiness planning
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills — you can translate complex finance and technology concepts into plain language for any audience
• Confidence engaging and facilitating with senior leaders, people managers, and specialist SMEs
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Copilot
• Ability to manage competing priorities and progress deliverables independently in ambiguous environments
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, HR, education, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience in finance, procurement, corporate services, or enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Exposure to finance-related change such as procure-to-pay, budgeting, reporting, or financial systems implementations
• Background working in health, aged care, government, NFP, or other large complex organisations
• Experience supporting change across multiple concurrent business areas or workstreams
