Pega Technical Architect (x4 Roles)
Location: Sydney, NSW preferred (Hybrid) – also open to Canberra & Melbourne
Contract: 12 months + extension
The Opportunity
We are seeking multiple experienced Pega Technical Architects to support a major digital transformation program. This is an opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions across a range of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
Pega Technical Architects will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of business solutions based on the Pega platform for a range of current and future projects. They will collaborate with business subject matter experts and various Engineering and Technology teams to collect requirements and define, design, develop, test and support applications leveraging Pega system software.
About You
Key Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of Pega Development experience
- 7+ years of experience working on software development projects Implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners, UI design, File Integration, and API Integration
- Demonstrated experience with implementing Event Driven Architecture models
- Demonstrated success in Pega implementations Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding & knowledge of Pega concepts Ability to provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving enterprise recommendations and ensuring adherence to standards, coupled with an ability to establish standards where they may not yet exist
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to be able to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Understanding of both the business processes and the technical application of the Frameworks worked on
- Ability to supports end-to-end functional testing and user acceptance testing experience of business process management applications
Qualifications
- Pega Certified System Architect (minimum)
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid work model (minimum 2 days on-site)
- Full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (NV1 or equivalent)
