Job Title: Lead Pega System Analyst
Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months with potential extensions)
About the Role:
An experienced Lead Pega System Analyst is required to support a large-scale transformation program. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver solutions using the Pega platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and guide implementation of business solutions using Pega
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and workflows
- Support Agile delivery through iterative development and backlog refinement
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiencies
- Work with cross-functional teams on testing, implementation, and delivery
- Produce technical documentation including system designs, data flows, and API specifications
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Experience working with Product Owners, SMEs, and technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively
- Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test artefacts
- Strong technical documentation skills
Qualifications:
- Certified Pega Business Architect (minimum requirement)
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid model (combination of on-site and remote work)
- Standard full-time hours
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 security clearance
- Successful completion of suitability/background checks
