Job Title: Lead Pega System Analyst

Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months with potential extensions)

About the Role:
An experienced Lead Pega System Analyst is required to support a large-scale transformation program. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver solutions using the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and guide implementation of business solutions using Pega
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and workflows
• Support Agile delivery through iterative development and backlog refinement
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiencies
• Work with cross-functional teams on testing, implementation, and delivery
• Produce technical documentation including system designs, data flows, and API specifications

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Proven ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Experience working with Product Owners, SMEs, and technical teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively
• Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test artefacts
• Strong technical documentation skills

Qualifications:

• Certified Pega Business Architect (minimum requirement)

Working Arrangements:

• Hybrid model (combination of on-site and remote work)
• Standard full-time hours

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 security clearance 
• Successful completion of suitability/background checks
