Role: Delivery Lead/Manager – D365
Location: Brisbane CBD
Duration: Contract – 6 months (plus potential 6 months)
Talent Street is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Manager for one of our clients in the NFP (Health & Community Services) sector.
Role purpose:
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving the delivery of assigned workstreams and associated supplier contracts for a large-scale ERP Finance & Operations project. The role focuses on ensuring that contract deliverables are translated into manageable increments, scheduled into sprints, and executed in line with program timelines and obligations. This is a delivery-focused role, providing subject-matter oversight, vendor accountability, and coordination of internal dependencies. The position is part of a combined project leadership team, reporting to the Project Director.
Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in leading delivery of IT vendor contracts or workstreams within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or equivalent enterprise finance systems.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and practical experience in sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to hold external partners accountable to obligations.
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps desirable.
- Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies within complex multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management disciplines (including Agile) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Healthcare sector experience is desirable, although not essential.
