Business Analyst 

Location: Brisbane
Rate: $85.31 ph + Super ($95.55)
Duration: 6-Month initial contract with potential to extend

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of As-Is and To-Be business process models using approved methodologies and tools
• Oversee the development of business requirements specifications, ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide expert advice on business analysis methodologies, best practices and opportunities for process improvement
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for digital solutions
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting and updates to program leadership and governance forums including progress, risks and benefits

Skills and Experience Required

• Extensive experience delivering business analysis within complex IM/ICT projects
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated experience working within large program or transformation environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience developing detailed requirements and process models
• Experience working with project delivery methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
