SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Brisbane | Contract

I’m partnering with a large, enterprise organisation to engage an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to support the design, integration, and ongoing evolution of their HR technology landscape.

This is a true solution architecture role. It will suit someone who has worked in complex ERP environments, understands enterprise-scale integration, and is comfortable providing architectural leadership rather than hands-on configuration.

The role

You’ll be responsible for providing architectural direction across SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring solutions are well designed, integrated, and aligned to business outcomes.

Working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape solution design decisions across a complex, integrated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading solution architecture and design across SAP SuccessFactors

• Designing and reviewing end-to-end solution and integration architectures

• Translating business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions

• Providing architectural governance, risk identification, and design assurance

• Producing and reviewing architecture artefacts and design documentation

• Advising stakeholders on solution design, trade-offs, and best practice

• Supporting and mentoring other architects and senior technical team members

• Contributing to large-scale ERP and workforce technology initiatives

What I’m looking for

I’m looking for someone senior, credible, and comfortable operating at scale.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Extensive experience in SAP / ERP solution architecture roles

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including:

  • Employee Central

  • Recruitment

  • Learning

• Proven experience designing enterprise-level solution and integration architectures

• Background working in large, highly integrated ERP environments

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience influencing design decisions and working with senior leaders

• Experience mentoring or guiding other architects or technical leads

This is not a configuration or BAU role,  architecture depth is essential.

Contract & benefits

• • Contract length: Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension

  • Location: Brisbane-based

  • Working arrangement: Hybrid working available (onsite and work from home)

  • Rate: up to $1,132.68 + Superannuation

  • Engagement: Full-time contract within an established program of work
