Role: MuleSoft Support
Location: Melbourne VIC
Duration: Full-time, Contract (5 months)
Salary on offer: $350 / day

Talent Street is looking for a MuleSoft Support professional to cater to one of our clients in the Victorian State Government.
What’s needed for the role:
The main task of this request will be to provide MuleSoft Support delivering the services below:
1. MuleSoft Code review and Development for MuleSoft API’s.
2. MuleSoft Incident Management:
• Active monitoring and resolving daily incidents utilising the Departments Service Now tool
• Reporting on incidents on a daily and weekly report
• Escalation as required
• Ongoing monitoring and resolution of Incidents raised to MuleSoft queue.
• Technical resolution of incidents through configure change, code fix or policy changes under “MuleSoft Incident Management”
3. MuleSoft Change Management:
• Raising change records and deploying change records
• Review Change Records for approval
• Liaise with projects and architecture teams as required
4. Provide support to project activities when approved by management
5. MuleSoft Service Management
6. Reporting on a weekly (as required), fortnightly and monthly basis
7. Provide support to management as required
8. Escalation to management, and Integration Services team, as required
9. Advise Integration Services of any identified improvements that may be observed
