Role: Principal Advisor – Requirements
Locations: Brisbane
Duration: Contract – 12 months (with extensions)
Reports to: Manager – Requirements
Talent Street is looking for a Principal Advisor for one of our large Queensland State government clients.
Role purpose:
The Principal Advisor, Requirements is responsible for providing expert guidance and oversight on requirements management activities across the department. This role ensures that all requirements are kept up to date, clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with project objectives, stakeholder needs, and regulatory standards.
Role requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in requirements management or systems engineering roles within large-scale infrastructure or rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Strong experience with IBM DOORS NG.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards, such as ISO 15288 and EN 50126/ 50128 / 50129
