About the job
The Dynamics CRM Developer (Analyst Programmer) ensures the ongoing support and development of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems by integrating and expanding applications through customisation, so they perform all the functions for which they were designed with integrity, efficiency, and reliability, and that they operate with optimal availability to users.
This fixed-term opportunity has been created to extend the team as they deliver a strategic project to transform university applications, utilising MS Dynamics and Power Page Portals as the platform of choice.
Key Selection Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate they are able to undertake the inherent responsibilities of the position as contained in the PD and are able to meet the following key selection criteria.
Training and qualifications
Degree in Information Technology with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience in programming or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
Experience, knowledge and attributes
- Demonstrated extensive experience in design, development, and support of solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform and associated technologies including C#, PowerApps and Power Page Portals, FetchXML, JavaScript, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Kingswaysoft, and Web Services (SOAP/REST); or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated experience providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including demonstrated experience in customising solutions in the CRM environment.
- Demonstrated experience implementing, administering, configuring, securing, and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems.
- Demonstrated design skills and a high level of expertise in complex systems analysis and design for development of solutions, consistent with business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to read, contribute to, and produce accurate and relevant documentation and code commenting in accordance with established technical standards.
- Demonstrated project and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, including proven experience and ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and safe workplace culture.
- Demonstrated alignment with the commitment to child safety.
